RevUS values its relationship with you, and offers you the option to return products you purchase directly from RevUS or a reseller during the period of any Product Purchase Warranty or Product Maintenance Warranty and in a condition defined in the warranty as applicable for repair or replacement.

How to Return a Product: Before returning a product, you MUST first contact RevUS customer service and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before the end of the applicable warranty period. RevUS will not accept returns without a RA number. To find the appropriate phone number or to send an email to customer service to request a RA number, go to or see the "Contacting RevUS" or "Getting Help" section of your customer documentation. You must ship the product to RevUS within 5 days of the date the RA being issued.

To return use the Authorization number and you MUST follow these steps:

  • Ship back all products you are seeking to return to RevUS and for which you received a RA number.

  • Return the products in their original or equivalent packaging, along with any media, documentation and any other items that were included in your original shipment.

  • Ship the products at your expense, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.

Note: Before you return the product to RevUS, remove any and all confidential, proprietary and personal information as well as removable media such as flash drives, CDs and PC Cards. RevUS is not responsible for any confidential, proprietary or personal information; lost or corrupted data; or damaged or lost removable media that may be included with your return.
